General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 4kkbd platform and all related services. "Platform" refers to 4kkbd's website, mobile version, all gaming environments, and payment services.

4kkbd is an online gaming and betting platform that offers various entertainment services including slot games, live casino, and sports betting. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

4kkbd reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes as early as reasonably possible. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding these terms, 4kkbd's interpretation will be considered final.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

• You must be a real individual — corporate entities or robot/bot accounts are not accepted.
• You may hold only one personal account.

4kkbd may request necessary documents for age and identity verification at any time. Account activity may be restricted or suspended until the correct documents are provided.

Account Registration and Security

Registration Process

To open an account on 4kkbd, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Each individual may hold only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username, password) completely confidential. Do not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify 4kkbd support immediately.

Account Verification

Account verification may be required before a withdrawal can be completed. A national identity card or other government-issued ID may need to be submitted for verification. Providing false information will result in account closure.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Terms

Accepted deposit methods on 4kkbd are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Deposits from third parties are not accepted and such transactions will be cancelled.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus balance can be withdrawn (see Section 5). Large withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

Payment Processing

• All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
• Withdrawals from verified accounts are processed as quickly as possible.
• 4kkbd reserves the right to temporarily hold suspicious transactions for investigation.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

4kkbd offers a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳34,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, making the total balance ৳54,000.

Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing bonus funds, a bet amount equal to 25 times the bonus amount must be completed. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has a specific expiry period; the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Each promotion may be used only once per account.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be suspended.
• 4kkbd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

VIP Program

4kkbd's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Higher VIP tiers can be reached through regular and active gaming.

Game and Betting Policy

Fair Play

All games on 4kkbd are operated on the basis of fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). No player or external process can manipulate game results.

Betting Rules

• A bet once confirmed cannot be cancelled.
• 4kkbd reserves the right to correct any incorrect amounts or odds displayed due to technical errors.
• 4kkbd will make the final decision on bets placed during a system error.
• If an internet connection is lost during a game, the game outcome will be determined from the server.

Sports Betting

4kkbd allows betting on various sports events. All odds are subject to change and may be updated until the start of the event. If a match is postponed or cancelled, decisions regarding bets will be made in accordance with 4kkbd's betting rules.

Prohibited Conduct

Any of the following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false or fraudulent information.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to obtain bonuses unfairly.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through hacking, software, or tools.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
• Colluding unfairly with other players.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's servers or systems.
• Playing games using automated bots or scripts.
• Betting using a third party's account.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, the relevant account(s) will be closed without notice and the balance may be forfeited.

Account Suspension and Closure

4kkbd may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account at any time and without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspicious transactions or suspected fraud.
• Extended period of account inactivity.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

User Rights

You may close your account at any time. An opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance will be provided before account closure, unless the account is being closed due to a violation.

Inactive Accounts

An account with no login or transactions for an extended period may be considered inactive. For such accounts, 4kkbd will take action in accordance with its set policy and will notify the user by email if necessary.

Privacy and Data Protection

4kkbd gives the highest priority to protecting your personal information. All transactions and communications are secured using SSL encryption technology.
